It all goes back to self love and self compassion.
I always say to clients, treat yourself as you would treat your children, or if you don’t have children, how you would treat your pet. If they weren’t feeling on top form, we would immediately take steps to address this. As women, we can put off investigating a particular symptom until later.. But, later never comes until that symptom has resurfaced as something more serious. Often we don’t have our health until we are sick.
Women often feel overwhelmed by the myriad of responsibilities and roles. Believe me, I get it. Taking care of our health seems like one more “job”.
Not to mention the information overload about what is deemed “healthy” - the latest diet, the latest superfood….. we don’t even know where to start. Enter more overwhelm leading to inaction and a further shunting down the ever expanding to-do-list.
I can support you to be the best version of YOU so you have the energy and confidence you desire so you can show up for your family as your highest self.
It may seem inconvenient to be healthy today but it will be more inconvenient to be unhealthy tomorrow.
