It all goes back to self love and self compassion.
I always say to clients, treat yourself as you would treat your children, or if you don’t have children, how you would treat your pet. If they weren’t feeling on top form, we would immediately take steps to address this. As women, we can put off investigating a particular symptom until later.. But, later never comes until that symptom has resurfaced as something more serious. Often we don’t have our health until we are sick.
Women often feel overwhelmed by the myriad of responsibilities and roles. Believe me, I get it. Taking care of our health seems like one more “job”.
Not to mention the information overload about what is deemed “healthy” - the latest diet, the latest superfood….. we don’t even know where to start. Enter more overwhelm leading to inaction and a further shunting down the ever expanding to-do-list.
I can support you to be the best version of YOU so you have the energy and confidence you desire so you can show up for your family as your highest self.
It may seem inconvenient to be healthy today but it will be more inconvenient to be unhealthy tomorrow.

I want to help you find a deeper relationship within yourself through self love practices and nourishing food and lifestyle choices.
WHEN: The Nourished Mother’s Programme will run from Saturday 13 April 2019 at 10am weekly for 5 consecutive weeks. Spring is a really good time to align with nature and invest in our growth. Cleaning out the pantry and investing in ourselves as nature blooms and moves out of hibernation.
HOW: I will host a Zoom call for 1 hour each week where I will discuss the following themes - I will leave time at the end of each live session for any questions you may have:
Week 1 - We will discuss what forms of stress can impact our health and how stress wreaks havoc on our bodies, followed by practices we can adopt to reduce stress and overwhelm.
Week 2 - The benefits of achieving optimal sleep (to the extent we can in motherhood) and ideas for an evening sleep ritual to improve sleep hygiene. I will also discuss giving yourself permission to rest.
Week 3 - Meal planning and tips for getting into a weekly rhythm for the whole family, including meal plans, and an introduction to gentle nutrition so we can begin to make food choices based on our own inner wisdom while disconnecting from the noise that we hear daily of the latest fad diet.
Week 4 - How to press pause and build in self care practices for YOU in busy motherhood. I will share ideas on how these can be built into our daily rhythm, rather than yet another thing ‘to do’ on your ever growing list.
Week 5 - The gut - the relationship between the gut-brain axis and the gut in relation to hormone imbalance. I will then look at how best to support your gut and foods that can support your gut health.
The aim of the programme is to
Reconnect with YOU and identify YOUR needs from your heart space and to set an intention for the 4 week programme. Reconnecting with your internal hunger cues, reconnecting with what brings you joy and connecting with other mothers to share the journey together.
Replenish - most of us are depleted in mind, body and spirit. The aim of the programme is to restore some of your reserves instead of running on an empty tank.
Radiate - I want you to radiate and sparkle from the inside out. By investing in your wellbeing and recognising that the world includes YOU we can begin to see your sparkle and joy return. We can become so jaded in the trenches of motherhood but it doesn’t have to be this way.
What else is included?
Access to the ‘Nourished Mothers’ closed Facebook group - I believe in the value of community. When making changes together it keeps us accountable and motivated when working as part of a community of like minded mothers. This will be a private group just for people on the programme. I will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.

What if I cannot make the call live each week?
You will have lifetime access to recordings of all the live lessons so if you would like to recap on any topic or are not able to make the live call, this is a great option for you.
When do spaces go live?
9am on Monday 4 March.
There will be a limited number of spaces so I can invest time in each of the members of the group during the 5 weeks.

What is investment?
By offering a group programme, I can keep the investment for you much lower than it would be to see me 1:1. Following the programme, if you do want to go ahead with a 1:1 package with me, I can offer 10% discount on the package investment.
